ETX Brewing Co., Tyler · $30 to enter
The grown-ups' version of the Pinewood Derby, hosted by ETX Brewing Co. in downtown Tyler. Build a car, race it, and raise money for Scouting in East Texas while you are at it.

Hollytree Country Club, Tyler · Four-person scramble
Registration and lunch from 11am, shotgun start at noon. Sponsorships run from $250 for a hole up to $5,000 for the executive package, with team entries at $800.

Most community events are announced on the council's Facebook page before they appear anywhere else, and some never appear anywhere else at all. If you want to catch everything, follow the page.
